L24041-T-LH Pier B, PRM Fit Out Retender

This is a Retender for the PIER B PRM Fit out A new mezzanine floor shell & core extension has been constructed at the entrance to Pier B and the following as built drawings are indicative of the current status. LLA require the services of a suitably qualified contractor to design and build the "fit out" element of the new shell and core to accommodate PRM (Persons with reduced mobility) facilities as indicated within the conceptual layout drawing PDF [BWP 2003-L20 B dated 02.05.2024]

In addition to this, the works required are generally itemized on the attached Excel [L24041 PT35 Pricing Document] and include wall and floor finishes, mechanical, electrical, data, services and the creation of a unisex changing and shower / wc facility.
