MEP Consultancy Services for the Refurbishment of Building 18

The University has a requirement for MEP consultancy services for the refurbishment of Building 18. The Consultant is to conduct a comprehensive validation survey of existing systems including a visual survey of the existing MEP systems, obtain quotations for replacements/refurbishment, review options to improve sustainability and produce installation drawings and as-built drawings.

This contract is a direct award under the Procure Partnerships National Contractor Framework (Find a Tender Service Reference 2023/S 000-026092) due to the interfaces of the existing and new MEP at the site.
