Low-cost housing provision - Manufacture, supply & install of accommodation and possible associated external works. Outline proposals are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies to work with Bolton at Home on a cost-effective off-site construction project to provide accommodation for single people under 35 affected by the welfare reforms. These proposals will be shortlisted and suitable companies then invited to submit fully detailed designs and plans, from which a final selection will be made.
