Work description
Medway Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified/experienced national or international Chartered Surveyor/Property Agent to act for it in marketing, agreeing terms and selling land on a leasehold basis at Innovation Park Medway (IPM) in a joint agency arrangement with Chartered Surveyors/Property Agents with detailed local knowledge of the commercial property market in Medway Council's area
