## Description

The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office \(FCDO\) has issued a Direct Award under the terms of Lot 4 Global Evaluation and Monitoring Framework Agreement \(GEMFA\) for the Evaluation of Health Systems Connect \(HSC\) Programme\. The key outcomes for this Contract are: - External Evaluation Inception phase: - Review of the monitoring, evaluation and learning \(MEL\) plan with the HSC team and make recommendations to align the programme MEL plan to the Suppliers planned Endline Evaluation\. - Submission of the Endline Evaluation plan\. - External Evaluation Implementation Phase: - Endline Evaluation and the associated reporting and consultation\. Following further evaluation, the direct award was awarded to Nathan Associates London Limited\.
