SCC APC Surrey County Council – Highway Winter Maintenance Depot and Salt Barn Replacement Programme - AWARD

Surrey County Council (SCC) is issuing this Sifting Brief to all Panel Members on the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) Multidisciplinary Panel as the first stage of a mini-competition process to select a company to provide services to support the design and contract management of 2 projects to develop new winter maintenance depots and salt barns in Surrey. This brief represents the first stage of the tender process and will be used to determine a shortlist of 4* bidders that will be invited to tender.
