Work description
Provision of a UKAS accredited surveying company(preferable) to undertake independent plumbing surveys and service to council dwellings to aid the maintenance works by the in-house direct labour organisation [DLO], Area Surveyor Managers (ASM), and any subsequent surveys after the works. Substantially in connection with reactive repairs with some attendance on a boiler replacement programme.
