## Description

The procurement of personal safety alarms services to support most vulnerable / high risk of harm individuals\. Provision of 24 hour, 365 \(366 in leap years\) monitored service\. Operational processes shall enable police to respond immediately to calls for service by providing accurate geo-location of the point from where a call was activated through a minimum of GPS
