## Description

Improve & maintain the Find & Profile \(F&P\) tool currently accessed by 3 ROCUs on the National Police Capabilities Environment \(NPCE\), the necessary infrastructure and application work required to facilitate further roll out and development within the NPCE, machine learning required to improve the model for use in the existing 3 ROCUs, and then roll out to further ROCUs\.
