Rewards and Benefits Platform

Onward has appointed a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide a Rewards and Benefits platform to enhance the recruitment package offered by Onward and the review of terms and conditions of employment. The supplier will support the implementation of the software and assist in communicating the software's deployment throughout the business. This contract has been let for a period of two years with an option to extend for a further one year.
