Thirteen Group are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor with the required skills to undertake this project to install front end PSIM (physical security infrastructure management) software which meets all the requirements detailed within RS Security Consultants specification into the control room based at Hudson Quay, Windward Way, Middlesbrough, TS2 1QG, future centralised locations or to be stand alone.
The winning bidder will also be required to complete M&E works as detailed within the M&E specification which is annexed within the main specification document by RS Security Consultants. This work will include the installation of multiple PSUs and unswitched fuse spurs.
In addition to the above, a secondary control room will be installed within a pre-determined location, this will involve minor builders works with the installation of partition walls, as well M&E works which is all detailed within the consultants specifications.
The winning bidder shall also provide a repair and maintenance service for a period of 1 year, which will commence upon final commissioning of the project; there will be an optional extension of 1 year for continuation of the Repair and Maintenance service.
