## Description

DVLA will appoint a Supplier who can deliver a pipeline of Building Fabric & Mechanical Works\. The Supplier will be required to collaborate with a range of stakeholder including the existing Facilities Management \(FM\) provider and a new FM Supplier \(from 1st April 2025\)\. The pipeline of works includes the following works but are not limited to Building Fabric & Mechanical Works, driven by the aim to modernise the DVLA estate and improve the facilities on offer for staff and building users\. Design & create Wellbeing room & multi-faith room\. Safe walkways & signage in C Block basement Stores & Ty Felin\. Supply and Installation of Air Filters over vents for communication rooms\. C Block ground communication room - Improvement to ventilation\. Design and Build of an External Social / Wellbeing Area\. Extension of secure card delivery area at Output Services Group \(OSG\)\. Morriston
