## Description

The authority is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced provider to review the current workforce, identify gaps and opportunities, establish the future demand and construct a workforce plan for its custodial \(secure estate including children's facilities\) non-custodial \(Liaison and Diversion, RECONNECT and Mental Health Treatment Requirements\) and Sexual Assault Referral Centre \(SARC\) services\. A full description of the requirement can be found in the ITQ document and specification once suppliers have registered their interest\. Please note: the budget for this work is £80,000 exclusive of VAT\.
