Audit of the financial statements of the following bodies for the 2019-20 and 2020-21 audit cycles: - Arts Council of England \(Lottery and grant-in-aid accounts\) - British Film Institute - Charity Commission - Official Custodian for Charities - The English Institute of Sport Ltd\. - English Sports Development Trust Ltd\. - Sport England \(Lottery and Grant-in-aid accounts\) - The Sports Council Trust Company - UK Sport \(Lottery and Grant-in-aid accounts\) For each audit cycle, and for each of the accounts the following outputs are required: • Audit Planning Report; • ISA-compliant audit; • Shadow audit certificate; • Audit Completion Report and Management Letter; and • Attendance at audit committees\.
