Cambridge City Council - Consultancy Services for Structural Repairs at Bermuda Terrace Estate

Cambridge City Council are seeking to appoint a Structural Engineering Consultancy to help deliver its structural repairs project. The appointed team should have the prior experience and capacity to design and deliver structural repairs to six blocks of flats, two, three and four storeys. There are seventy-three existing residential properties (that are a mix of Council tenants and leaseholders) two garage blocks, community room and various external communal areas.
