B Block Window Refurbishment

The project comprises of the installation of replacement windows to the elevations of the B Block as shown on the tender drawings. The following associated works also form part of the project, Demolition, Asbestos Removal, Scaffolding & Access, General Building Works, Interior Wall Finishes, Decorations, External Works. The proposed scope extent and design style of the works shall be to match the recently completed A&M Block. Tenderers are required to inspect 'A&M' Block during the tender period to assist in defining the required scope and extent of the works. Tenderers are also required to carry out a thorough inspection of B Block and ground during the tender period to assist in defining the full scope and extent of the required refurbishment works.
