SLaM/T2016-038 Eileen Skellern Two Ward Refresh Phase 1 to 7

Description

These works are to complete a phased ward refresh programme to Eileen Skellern Two, at Maudsley Hospital. The works include lighting replacement throughout with new anti-ligature/anti tamper LED fittings, localised window replacement with new purpose fabricated Britplas or similar approved anti-ligature anti attack safe-vent casement units, full refurbishment of 2 no service user bath/shower/WC facilities, full refurbishment of existing laundry room facility, full refurbishment and fit out of new nurses hub facility within existing Nursing Office space and internal alterations to localised areas throughout Ward, as identified, including relocation of Activity Room, 1 No Service user bedroom and office space, new floor finishes throughout and full redecoration.
