Procurement Consultancy on Low Value spend

Description

A mini-competition was conducted against the ESPO Framework Agreement 664_21 Consultancy Services to procure Consultancy services on Low Value spend and the contract has been awarded. The successful provider will: -Review and streamline the end to end low value governance and procurement processes (all thresholds under £150,000) -Review the existing delivery model for low value spend, explore alternative models (including an in-house centralised buying team) and develop a business case for the recommended option -develop a suite of sourcing documentation and training packages that supports implementation of the recommended delivery model and associated processes.
