Asset Management System (CWC24142MW)

Wolverhampton City Council are conducting a Request For Information (RFI) for an asset Management system. The Council needs to understand what solutions and functionality exist before any procurement exercise can be progressed.

In the near future the Council will be seeking to replace their current asset management systems, integrating all property data and functionality in one management system. This will mitigate the need to enter the same data into multiple systems, reduce the risk of input errors, create greater efficiencies and can provide a real time data to inform better management decision-making.

The Council has an estate portfolio covering a diverse range of properties including schools, children and adult social care, libraries, land for highways improvement, car parking, housing, shops, offices, industrial and operational Council premises.
