Wealthy agents survey

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) needs a supplier from the Research & Insights DPS (RM6126) to undertake research aimed at gaining a better understanding of the needs, motivations and attitudes of agents representing the wealthy population and how they influence compliant behaviours. Wealthy individuals present a unique challenge due to the complexity of their affairs and opportunities for non-compliance, and research will address any evidence gaps, helping HMRC design compliance solutions which align with a Healthy Tax Administration.
