South Norwood Shopfronts Design & Build

The Council invites quotations for the provision of Design and Project Management of Shopfront Improvements South Norwood.

Croydon Council is looking to appoint a multi-disciplinary design team to deliver shop front improvements within the focus area of the South Norwood regeneration programme.

The successful team will work with the community of South Norwood, Croydon Council, the Greater London Authority (GLA) and Historic England to: • develop a South Norwood shopfront design guide which responds to the diverse nature of the high street buildings and reflects the visual identity and heritage of the area. • project manage the design and delivery of up to 20-30 shopfront improvements by March 2022
