CWC21001 - Term Contracts Support

Wolverhampton City Council (the Council) is seeking to procure services of a Quantity Surveying Consultant with extensive experience in public sector procurement to support the Council's Maintenance & Repairs Team, in developing a comprehensive suite of tender documents.

The responsibility of the Consultant will be to produce a robust set of tender documents to assist the Council's Maintenance and Repairs Team in the delivery of a full suite of term Contracts in support of the Facilities Management.

The Consultant will be required to support the Council's Maintenance and Repairs Team throughout the full procurement process, from the developing of the pre procurement documentation, all the way through to the Contract signature stage, including acting as a Council's representative in the tender evaluation.
