The Combined Authority is keen to consider how best we can grow and integrate the West Yorkshire and York Car Club into being a core part of the modal mix offered as part of a sustainable transport system\. This study begins this process and is expected to have three interlinked components: • Summary of UK Car Club Best Practice • Potential for Car Club in West Yorkshire • Route to a West Yorkshire and York Car Club \(building on the previous two components\)
