CSF Lot 1a - Beacon Hill Community School (Phased Works)

Description

The County Council wishes to procure the following work package: • Rewiring of the school complete including lighting, power, data, security and fire alarm • The works are intended to be phased, indicatively, as shown on the attached plan over a two year period, 2019 and 2020. The current indicative phasing will be • phase 1 and phase 2.2 area to be undertaken May to August 2019 • phase 2.1 to 5 areas to be undertaken in May to August 2020. • The school are intending to make sections of the school available from the May half term onwards, in both years, to give an extended summer period for the works. The procurement will be undertaken using the Capital Schemes Framework through a mini-competition between a maximum of 4 framework suppliers.
