Enabling new and existing organisations to issue the new Team Leeds Volunteering badges through the provision of further licences and associated systems support thus: • Supporting employers to recognise learner achievements\. • Establishing a talent pathway to link individuals with job and learning opportunities tailored to their specific skills and interests\. • Boosting learner health and wellbeing through increased levels of confidence and motivation through recognition of their achievements\. • Allowing communities and stakeholders to be better able to track the impact of learning to enhance workforce development and create innovative pathways to employment\.
