GB-London: Tenant Perception Survey

Description

The Regulator of Social Housing is introducing a new system for assessing how well social housing landlords in England are doing at providing good quality homes and services called Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). This includes a tenant perception survey. Clarion Housing Group is sourcing suitable experience provider to complete the tenant perception survey. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.The award will be based on quality (70%) and price (30%) split.
