## Description

The Harris Museum, Art Gallery & Library in Preston is seeking to appoint a skilled and creative evaluation consultant or consultant team to complete the evaluation of its ambitious £10m Harris Your Place project, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund \(NLHF\) and other funding partners including Arts Council England, Lancashire County Council and Preston City Council\. The evaluation will demonstrate how the project meets the NLHF outcomes for heritage, communities and people through the delivery of the capital works and associated activities\. The evaluation will follow NLHF best practice\.
