[London 23-005 Targetted 16-18] ESF funded activity to support individuals who are NEET in London LEP area

Description

To procure the services of organisations to deliver activity to support individuals who are NEET on behalf of The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills acting through the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) for delivery in London Local Enterprise Panel (LEP) area [Sub-titled Targetted NEET 16-18] Delivery of Education & Vocational training services activity funded through the European Social Fund (ESF) to support individuals who are NEET or in danger of becoming NEET identified in the Local Enterprise Panel(LEP) area mentioned above, but split equally across four (4) sub areas, namely : Central; North & East; South and West with boroughs detailed in the Specification documents. Additional information: It should be noted that the SFA uses its own e-tendering portal provided as a managed service and that is the only means that responses to this ITT will be allowed Only organisations which successfully passed the June 2015 refresh of the SFA Register of Training Organisations will be invited to this tender . They also must have indicated in their submission to this refresh that they were interested in delivering in this LEP are , were interested in delivering provision to individuals identified as NEET 15-24and passed delivery of education and training and selecting the following options: • 16-18 Apprenticeships • 19-23 Apprenticeships • Traineeships • Skills for Life • Pre-employment training • Community Learning • ESOL • Skills support for the unemployed Candidates passing delivery of Information, advice and guidance
