Schedule of Services \\r • Acting as an intelligent client for the market demand element of the spatial framework evidence base:\\r • Challenging and evaluating assumptions \\r • Questioning methodology \\r • Reviewing evidence base and testing against local plan evidence\\r • To not replicate the ITT work \\r • Ensuring data is digital and accessible for use across the full CDG workstreams \\r • Validating and giving comfort to stakeholders that work is on the horizon and providing updates to stakeholders \\r • Identification of policies to accelerate growth, e\.g\. housing tenure diversification and testing commercial assumptions used in the financial model for a variety of tenure options\.\\r • Provision of market intelligence to support the SR bid and future business case work\.\\r • Recruiting a market research team and transferring skills to ensure clear exit strategy
