Carry out the demolition of 3 No Single storey garages and including grubbing up of foundations as follows ;-

The removal of the roof covering to the buildings

The removal of all waste within the building

Excavate back the area covering the demolished building and leave compacted with relevant road stone ready for tarmacking/stoning as detailed; ensure all edges are saw-cut to a straight edge. (approx.)

Provide, lay and compact 60mm average consolidated thickness of AC 20 dense binder course followed by 33mmaverage consolidated thickness SMA 10mm surface course to BS 594987, Upon completion seal all joints with hot bitumen to demolished area
