## Description

Wigan Council would like to appoint a Contractor to support its refurbishment of two sites within Wigan Borough as part of its Rough Sleeper Accommodation Programme \(RSAP\) Wigan Council will be using the ICN Construction Works Framework to run a mini competition to appoint the successful Contractor\.
