## Description

This will be a multi supplier Framework for the provision of small scale Civil Engineering Works\. The framework will work on a ranking supplier basis\. Details of the framework are; • Location - City of York • Project Value Range - up to £250,000 • Number of lots - 1 • Maximum number of suppliers on lot - 6 • Framework Call off Procedure: Primarily Direct Award \(based on highest ranking company\) and option for Further Competition if required\. • Estimated Annual throughput of Framework - £1m per annum • Form of Contract - Engineering and Construction Short Contract \(ECSC\) • Performance Review - Annual review of the Supplier's performance will be carried out by CYC in the anniversary month of the contract start date\. The Contract will be for a period of 24months/2 years with an option to extend for a further period of 24months/2eyars\. Therefore the total possible Contract duration is 48months/4years \(24 months \+ 12 months \+ 12 months\)
