AC0612Integrated Community Equipment & Support Service & AC0689 Demonstration Services

Wiltshire Council are looking to procure the following services: Lot 1- Integrated Community Equipment and Support Service. To provide to the Council and NHS Wiltshire CCG the Service, to supply a range of equipment and practical services in the home enabling independent living to Customers within the administrative County of Wiltshire for the Council and to patients registered with a Wiltshire GP who reside no more than 10 miles outside the Wiltshire boarder for NHS Wiltshire CCG.

Lot 2- Demonstration Services. To provide assessments and advice with qualified Occupational Therapists (OT) and Occupational Therapist Assistants (OTA) and has the facilities for people to appraise a range of different equipment and daily living aids. Visitors can refer themselves for an appointment and health and social care related organisations can signpost to the service.

The length of contract for both lots is 5 years with the option to extend for a further two 1 year periods. Lot 2 may be of interest to SME's.
