## Description

The works includes for the maintenance of 78 No parcels of land which are to be maintained whilst in the possession of EKFB\. The works will include for maintaining grassland, control of undesirable species \(e\.g\. weeds\), hedge maintenance, pond maintenance \(where applicable\), checking for invasive species, maintenance of existing fences, ditches and public right of ways\. The works will be carried out over an initial period of 2 years\. The Subcontractor will need to provide his own Ecological Clerk of Works \(ECoW\)\.
