## Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal \(RFP\) is to find a Supplier who can re-pack and distribute a total of 669,000 learner workbooks, 11,100 teacher guides, 10,500 participant manuals and 700 facilitator manuals to 7 training venues and to 1,205 schools for term 1 of the next academic school year 2022/2023\. The scope of this RFQ includes the unstuffing of containers, loaded with full boxes without pallet, re-packing the books school-wise, labelling of boxes, and distribution\. The quantity may vary with \(\+/-\)10% at the time of signing the contract\. Mott MacDonald will not be accepting any physical bids\. ALL bid submissions must be done via email\.
