KING STREET COMMUNITY HUB - DESIGN AND BUILD CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

You are invited to tender for the provision of design and build construction services to convert the existing taxi office (23 King Street Wigan) to a publicly accessible community hub.\r \r We are now seeking to appoint a Lead contractor to work within a JCT Design and Build Contract, with the intent to remodel and refurbish the existing space, to one which is configured for use as a Community Hub.\r \r Further details and tender documentation is available on the Chest (see link included).
