## Description

You are invited to tender for the provision of design and build construction services to convert the existing taxi office \(23 King Street Wigan\) to a publicly accessible community hub\.\\r \\r We are now seeking to appoint a Lead contractor to work within a JCT Design and Build Contract, with the intent to remodel and refurbish the existing space, to one which is configured for use as a Community Hub\.\\r \\r Further details and tender documentation is available on the Chest \(see link included\)\. Interested parties will need to be registered on the Chest procurement portal to participate in the tender\.
