Orbit are procuring a direct specialist contractor to deliver the service of replacement water main pipes to all identified general needs properties for a term of 2 \+ up to 3 further years\. The programme budget is c£120k pa \(subject to increase or decrease\) however there are no guarantees of volumes or spend and all is subject to continued performance against requirements\.
