Planned Building Maintenance at Altrincham Interchange, Leigh Bus Station, Hyde Bus Station and Chorlton Bus Station

This contract has been awarded for various building maintenance projects around the TfGM estate, including the following elements: a) Painting existing internal walls and partitions; b) Doors architraves skirting's and general woodwork; c) Painting existing structural steel; d) Painting existing railings; e) Replacing existing floor finishes; f) Replacing existing suspended ceilings; g) Tiling existing internal walls and partitions; h) Replacement of existing fixed furniture; and i) Replacement and/or reinstatement of existing mechanical and electrical equipment.
