• undertake high level transport modelling to understand the impact on highways for a number of transport interventions and development scenarios at the Castle Green site in Barking and Dagenham\.\\r • undertake a cost estimate for the different transport intervention options\. \\r Once the study and associated viability work is completed, Homes England will consider the outputs alongside the objectives that have been set for the project to determine the preferred next steps\.
