## Description

To provide Expert Advice and act as an EDI Expert witness in order for HS2 to meet our obligations under the Equality Act 2010 to provide independent advisory services relating to the impact that the construction of HS2 may have on vulnerable adults and children\. Along with being an independent expert on matters during the Hybrid bill process for an initial period of 12 months from June 2021 with the option to extend annually until June 2025\. \(Maximum of 4 years\)
