## Description

Standards are required to support the work of HSE as previously described in Section 3\. Online access is a more efficient model of service\. It reduces the administrative burden on HSE of processing and delivering paper standards\. Staff have access to up to date versions of standards for instant download 24/7 and, the ability to set up personal profiles and alerts ensures that staff are kept informed of any changes to the standards they use regularly\.
