## Description

a\) Hot and Cold Water Services The works consist of replacing the existing Low Temperature Hot Water \(LTHW\) heating, Cold Water Down Service, Hot & Cold Water Services with new copper pipework soldered and fully insulated throughout using Kingspan ODP Foil Backed insulation as per the tender drawings\. To be boxed-in at high & low level and decorated with valves labelled behind metallic access panels\. c\) Internal Fitout Complete refurbishment and refit of all wet rooms / bathrooms including new floor finishes, ceilings, redecoration of walls, sanitary ware as well as making good all areas affected by the pipework replacement works\.
