Inspiration Trust Provision for External Audit Services

The deadline for submitting the preliminary questionnaire responses to this eTendering Event is 26/01/2018 - 17:00. It is important that you act in accordance with the deadline as any late submissions may not be accepted and you will risk exclusion from this opportunity. Summary The purpose and scope of this project is to appoint one preferred supplier, who has experience in auditing and advising Multi Academy Trusts, to provide external audit services across multiple departments for the duration of the contract. The guaranteed contract duration will be 1 year, renewable at the discretion of the Board of Trustees each year for a maximum duration of 3 years. A formal reassessment of external auditors will take place at least every 5 years. Bidders will be expected to provide pricing for the full 3 year duration with a fixed annual cost. The annual cost should reflect the full 3 year opportunity. Procurement Process Inspiration Trust is issuing an informal Questionnaire to assess the suitability of bidders. We will evaluate the Questionnaire responses and select the 5 highest ranking bidders who will be issued with an invitation to tender ("ITT"). The contract will be based on the Inspiration Trust Terms and Conditions. Those Bidders who are successful at the Questionnaire stage will be provided with a copy of these terms and conditions at the ITT stage.
