Description

To provide Taxation Services for the period April 2021 to April 2022. The appointment shall be for an initial period of one year. This may be extended for up to another four years, subject to approval and satisfactory performance. The provider must prepare tax returns and tax notes to the financial statements for the five separate organisations, GPHG; GPHA; Plumlife; Cube; and Terra Nova. Further, the preparation and submission of the consolidate Corporate Interest Restriction return, to be submitted alongside the corporation tax returns. GPHG also expects to require other advisory work throughout the course of the contract.
