## Description

Award of a Pre-Construction Services Agreement \(PCSA\) to Modulous for a small scale HRA Housing project at 190-196 Romney Ave\. The project at Romney Avenue is anticipated to deliver 12 new affordable homes and the Council are currently working up a proposal for a planning application\. Modulous has been engaged in a PCSA agreement which allows for their early involvement in the project\. This is needed in order to fill scope gaps which are required to meet key planning deliverables \(Sustainability, Mechanical/Electrical & Structure/Civils/Ground Investigations\)\.
