Securing the derelict Ocean Hotel from authorised entry in the interests of public safety. The exact nature of the works involve boarding over all ground floor windows and door opening which have been smashed or removed due to trespass and vandalism. Whilst the works are being undertaken a night security guard will be stationed at the premises.
