Interior Design & Build for Campus Catering Area

The Penryn Campus is the joint campus for The University of Exeter and Falmouth University, with The Stannary as its main catering space for users of the campus. Development is underway to build an extension to the east side of the Stannary to provide c. 475m2 of social space. We are looking for a specialist Design and Build contractor or alternatively a design consultant partnering with a contractor with demonstrable experience in delivering holistic approaches for catering space design, focusing on creative styles and techniques to maximise flexibility and with appropriate experience of the social environment of universities, delivering us a quality multifunctional design.
