## Description

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service \(RBFRS\) has a need to use additional expertise to provide support and capacity or cover a gap in the skills of the workforce\. These consultants may be appointed to work on a project or assist with a programme of work\. In addition the Authority uses a range of small specialists to provide training to staff\. All work offered to consultants under this framework is checked to ensure it is outside of the IR35 regulatory framework\. Authority Direct Awarded the contract utilising YPO framework 1141 - Managing Consultancy and Professional Services as a single source framework to Reed Specialist Recrutiment Ltd\.
