Barbican Fire Project - High Sensitive Fire Doors

The City of London are seeking a Competent Contractor to undertake the fire remediation works to the Heritage Doors only. The 2019 Surveys are deemed out of date, and as such, the successful Contractor will be responsible for the remediation (repair or replacement) strategy for all 354 doors.

The scope of works is broadly defined as:

- Remediation to existing fire doors/frames as appropriate - Replacement of existing fire doors/frames as appropriate - All other reasonably foreseeable works required to complete the above
